On June 26, 1986, Alamo Group Inc., headquartered in Seguin, Texas, acquired all assets of Rhino Products, Inc., including its name and trademarks. Subsequently, Rhino Products, Inc. changed its name to Servis-Rhino, Inc. on January 30, 1987, following a charter amendment. This entity then merged with Terrain King, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary Corporation of Alamo Group (USA) Inc. In March 1990, Servis-Rhino, Inc. was rebranded as Alamo Group (TX) Inc. to align with the corporate naming conventions of Alamo Group (USA) Inc.
In 1986, Alamo Group Inc. acquired BMB, Inc. in Holton, KS, expanding manufacturing capacity for the Rhino product line. Additionally, Temple Manufacturing Company was purchased the same year to enhance the line of posthole diggers within the Rhino product portfolio. The Athens Tillage line was divested in 1987. Today, Rhino products enjoy global distribution and are esteemed for their reliability and performance, offering a diverse range of equipment including rotary and flail mowers, rear blades, posthole diggers, pasture renovators, tillers, disc mowers, and box blades.
